La pregunta es c\u00f3mo hacerlo de forma que construya capacidades reales, respete los derechos de las personas y genere valor institucional sostenible.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:1.3em;font-weight:700;color:#0B2255;margin-bottom:12px;\">El error m\u00e1s frecuente: confundir herramientas con capacidades<\/h2>\n<p>Muchas organizaciones comienzan su proceso de transformaci\u00f3n digital comprando licencias, contratando plataformas o mandando a su equipo a un curso de ChatGPT. El resultado, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos, es decepcionante: las herramientas se usan poco, los equipos vuelven a sus rutinas anteriores y la inversi\u00f3n no genera el impacto esperado.<\/p>\n<p>El problema no est\u00e1 en las herramientas. Est\u00e1 en que <strong>las herramientas sin capacidades no transforman nada<\/strong>. Una organizaci\u00f3n que no entiende qu\u00e9 es la IA, cu\u00e1les son sus l\u00edmites, c\u00f3mo funciona la alucinaci\u00f3n de los modelos o qu\u00e9 implica delegar una decisi\u00f3n a un algoritmo, no puede usar bien ninguna herramienta, por m\u00e1s avanzada que sea.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:1.3em;font-weight:700;color:#0B2255;margin:28px 0 12px;\">Qu\u00e9 significa desarrollar capacidades para usar IA<\/h2>\n<p>Desarrollar capacidades implica que las personas y los equipos puedan:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"padding-left:20px;margin-bottom:16px;\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:8px;\"><strong>Entender<\/strong> qu\u00e9 hace la IA y qu\u00e9 no puede hacer, con criterio cr\u00edtico y no solo operativo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:8px;\"><strong>Evaluar<\/strong> cu\u00e1ndo tiene sentido usar IA en un proceso y cu\u00e1ndo no.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:8px;\"><strong>Integrar<\/strong> herramientas de IA en flujos de trabajo reales, con protocolos claros de uso.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:8px;\"><strong>Gestionar los riesgos<\/strong>: alucinaciones, sesgos, privacidad de datos, dependencia tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:8px;\"><strong>Tomar decisiones informadas<\/strong> sobre qu\u00e9 delegar a la IA y qu\u00e9 conservar como responsabilidad humana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:1.3em;font-weight:700;color:#0B2255;margin:28px 0 12px;\">El rol de la conducci\u00f3n en la transformaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>La transformaci\u00f3n digital no es un proyecto del \u00e1rea de sistemas.
