We are a technology-based company specialized in the design and implementation of digital training solutions and transformation processes with AI for public and private organizations, trade unions, universities and international organizations.
Leadership
Dr. Sebastián Novomisky
Executive Director
Doctor in Communication (UNLP) and specialist in education, technology, communication and artificial intelligence. As Executive Director, he leads digital transformation, training and capacity-building projects for public and private organizations, universities, trade unions and international bodies.
With over twenty years of experience in management, teaching, research and international cooperation, he has developed projects with UNESCO, UNICEF, the World Bank, SEGIB and IberCultura Viva, among others, reaching more than 40,000 people in +16 countries. He served as National Director of Training at Argentina’s Public Media Ombudsman. He is the author of books and scientific articles and a speaker across Latin America and Europe.

Team
We are an interdisciplinary team combining education, communication, instructional design, technology development, artificial intelligence and institutional management. For each project we assemble specific teams capable of supporting the entire process: from diagnosis and strategy design through implementation, technology development and evaluation.
Mariana D’Orazio
Head of Product and Educational Experiences
Professor of Social Communication and specialist in education, communication, instructional design, content production and technology-mediated learning. She turns each project’s strategic and methodological decisions into concrete educational experiences, content and solutions.
With over twenty years of professional experience, she coordinates production teams, organizes learning pathways and oversees pedagogical, communicational and functional review. She works with Moodle, H5P, interactive resources and AI tools applied to educational design and production. She played a central role in the development of GLU Online Academy.

Norberto Bensa
Solutions Architecture and Automation
Solutions architect specializing in backend development, infrastructure, automation and DevOps, with over twenty years of experience. He designs the technological architecture that enables robust, secure, scalable and sustainable solutions.
He works on systems integration, process automation, cloud services, monitoring and component development. In AI projects he handles model and service connections, workflow automation, access control and solution scalability. He previously served as developer and site reliability engineer at Argentina’s Public Media Ombudsman and currently coordinates the Systems Department at FLACSO.

Gaspar Tessi
Platforms and Technology Integration
Bachelor in Organizational Information Systems (UBA) and specialist in Technology-Enhanced Teaching in Higher Education. He bridges educational and institutional needs with the concrete operation of platforms and technological solutions.
He works on virtual campus configuration, integrations, reporting, functional experience, support and infrastructure. He also incorporates AI tools when they can improve content management, information organization, support or learning experiences. Since 2013 he has administered FLACSO Argentina’s distance education platforms and serves as technical and infrastructure lead for FLACSO Virtual Uruguay.

Eleonora Spinelli
Cooperation, Territorial Development and Inclusion
Bachelor and professor in Social Communication, specialist in Endogenous Development and International Cooperation, and Master in Communication Process Planning and Management. She contributes to projects requiring a territorial perspective, rights-based approach, inclusion, institutional strengthening and international cooperation.
She has experience in diagnostics, planning, methodological design, participatory process facilitation, indicator development and experience systematization. She has worked with international organizations, universities, local governments and civil society. She served as pedagogical coordinator for the media literacy and AI course developed by UNESCO, INFoD and Argentina’s Public Media Ombudsman.
