Comprehensive AI Program for the Management of the Buenos Aires Habitat
12-month program for the Ministry of Habitat and Urban Development and the IVBA. It combines cross-cutting staff literacy, area-specific training and a pilot strategic analysis of the Buenos Aires Habitat Plan using agentic AI. The objective is to move from improvised AI use to a professional, ethical and strategic implementation in public administration.
Digital Transformation and AI for SMEs — Centro PyME-ADENEU
Applied training pathway for small and medium enterprises in Neuquén. Each participant finishes with a personalized Digital Roadmap: diagnosis, priorities, tools, indicators and a 90-day action plan.
National Media and AI Literacy Programs
Design and implementation of national media literacy and artificial intelligence programs for teachers and educational stakeholders, in coordination with the Defensoría del Público, UNESCO Argentina and INFoD.
Digital Culture Program — Comodoro Rivadavia
Design and support for a comprehensive municipal public policy on digital culture, media literacy and artificial intelligence. Coordination between UNPSJB, the municipality and the local community.
PULSO FITBA System — Responsible AI and teacher training
Research and development project in coordination between the Faculty of Journalism and Social Communication of UNLP, Exactas (UNLP) and the Directorate General of Culture and Education of the Province of Buenos Aires. It includes an alert system with responsible AI and a teacher training line in AI and communication with territorial transfer to Buenos Aires schools.

GLU Online Academy
Implementation of a multilingual Moodle platform for the Global Labour University (GLU), linked to the International Labour Organization (ILO) based in Germany. It connects universities, unions and workers’ organizations from multiple countries.
Interactive virtual courses — UNICEF Uruguay
Long-Term Agreement (ALP) with UNICEF Uruguay for the development of interactive and gamified virtual courses on the Ágora platform. It combines high-quality instructional design with gamification mechanics.
Regional Training in Digital Culture and AI — IberCultura Viva and SEGIB
Regional proposal for training in digital culture and artificial intelligence in coordination with IberCultura Viva and the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB). Organizations and local governments from 19 countries in Latin America and Europe participate, addressing AI from the perspective of cultural rights and technological sovereignty.
Level Up + ADN ALFIL — Corporate real estate campus
Two integrated projects for RE/MAX ALFIL that form a complete corporate training ecosystem. Level Up is the self-managed virtual campus for real estate agents: it includes pathways differentiated by profile (onboarding, continuous training, leadership), original audiovisual content, gamified activities and interactive assessments. ADN ALFIL is the institutional course on identity and organizational culture: text modules, original videos, AI-generated audios and gamified content that convey the history, values and DNA of the franchise.
