Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
We support public and private organizations in developing real capacities to use AI in a critical, ethical and strategic way. We don’t sell tools: we build capabilities.
Our approach: capabilities, not tools
The emergence of artificial intelligence poses a challenge that goes far beyond learning to use new applications. Organizations that manage to transform are those that develop the ability to think with AI: understand its possibilities and limits, integrate it into their real workflows and make informed decisions about when and how to use it.
At PresentED we do not offer generic courses or technological implementations disconnected from context. We support transformation processes that begin with a real diagnosis of each organization, respect their timelines and institutional cultures, and build capacities that endure beyond the project.
We work with public agencies, universities, trade unions, international organizations and companies that understand that digital transformation is not a destination but a continuous process of institutional learning.
Areas of work
Assessment and strategy
Survey of the current state of AI use in the organization, identification of opportunities and risks, and design of a roadmap adapted to institutional objectives.
Training and literacy
Training programs in generative and agentic AI, adapted to different profiles (leadership, technical staff, administrative). Emphasis on critical, ethical and practical use.
Implementation and support
Support in the integration of AI tools into real workflows. Practical workshops by area, usage protocols and pilot cases with follow-up.
Strategic analysis with AI
Application of advanced AI to process large volumes of institutional information, identify patterns and generate insights for decision making.
Ethical and Responsible AI
Design of responsible use protocols, risk management (hallucinations, biases, data privacy) and governance frameworks for institutional use of AI.
Systematization and transfer
Development of manuals of good practices, documentation of use cases and design of transfer mechanisms so that knowledge remains embedded in the organization.
How we work: the support cycle
Assessment
Baseline survey: current uses, profiles, needs and risks in the organization.
Design
Curriculum and strategic design adapted to objectives, timelines and institutional culture.
Training
Practical modular training by profiles, with emphasis on solving real problems.
Transfer
Systematization, manuals of good practices and protocols so that knowledge becomes embedded.
