Global Labour University (GLU), headquartered in Berlin, Germany, is one of the world’s leading networks for trade-union and political education. Its Online Academy is the space where workers, trade unionists, and educators from more than 50 countries access critical training on work, democracy, climate justice, and international labour rights.
In a strategic partnership with La Ciudad Posible, PresentED was responsible for the technical development and full implementation of GLU Online Academy’s new Moodle platform: configuration, visual customization, a multilingual system (~20 languages), migration of more than 30 courses from the previous platform (Iversity), cloud infrastructure, certification system, and ongoing technical support throughout 2026.
The result is a free-access platform with courses on labour history, international labour standards, ecological transition, democracy, and more—available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Hindi, Vietnamese, Japanese, and other languages.
Signed in March 2026, the project represents one of the most internationally far-reaching developments PresentED has delivered: a global-impact educational platform built in Argentina for the organized world of work.
